I am a legal advisor, member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw since 2018. I have been engaged in tax consulting for over 9 years. Before joining dotlaw, I worked in the tax departments of Deloitte and KPMG, as well as in the tax law firm Enodo Advisors.

I have had the pleasure of providing tax advice to many domestic and international businesses in various industries, including gaming, IT and fintech. I have also provided tax advice to companies listed on the Stock Exchange.

I specialize in issues related to income taxation, including international taxation, including issues related to tax credits for research and development activities (R&D, IP Box, among others). I am also involved in the development and implementation of structures related to tax planning and international taxation. I have successfully represented clients in tax and administrative court proceedings. I am also no stranger to tax scheme reporting issues. I am the author of articles and publications in the field of taxation, as well as a speaker at trainings, including on withholding tax and tax scheme reporting.

My comments on tax issues have appeared in Dziennik Gazeta Prawna and Rzeczpospolita, among others.

Privately, I am an avid supporter of Śląsk Wrocław and Sparta Wrocław. I also do not disdain an interesting movie and good coffee.
