Nadia Kaśkosz
Specializations:I am a law graduate from the University of Wroclaw. I also graduated from the Hugo Grotius School of Intellectual Property Rights in 2022.
I began to gain my professional experience during my studies working at a law firm specializing in intellectual property and antitrust cases. As a result, I gained experience in trademark confusion studies. I also dealt with the registration of EU and international trademarks and industrial designs, and co-lead cases in the field of international industrial property protection and copyright law. I also devoted my master’s thesis to this topic.
In 2020, I started working with Damian Klimas, expanding my knowledge in the area of data protection and new technologies.
The knowledge I gained allowed me to become a winner of the Faculty Intellectual Property Law Competition at the UWr Faculty of Law Administration and Economics.
Since 2021, I have been working with dotlaw pursuing projects related to legal services for technology companies. I am passionate about intellectual property protection projects. I also actively publish blog posts on copyright, gaming, the use of AI and more.
Privately, I have a special fondness for classic MMORPGs. In my free time I practice numerous sports, including my favorite squash.
I am fluent in English and have been learning Italian for over a year.
