Olga Dabrowska-Martuś

I am a legal counselor and specialize in data protection law, medical law and IT law.

I have several years of experience in consulting on data protection law – I have conducted numerous trainings, audits and implementations of RODO in companies of all sizes, including those in the medical and IT industries. I am a member of the data protection officer team at several of our clients. My knowledge of the regulations and my practical skills in information security and data protection are confirmed by passing the CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe) exam in early 2022.

I have repeatedly participated in legal examinations of companies as part of M&A processes in the areas of data protection, IT law and intellectual property law. In addition, I regularly participate in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for clients in the medical, creative, IT and gaming industries (including licensing, implementation and maintenance agreements), as well as drafting terms and conditions of service for software developers in various distribution models (terms of service, end-user license agreements).

In my daily work, I focus on clear and direct communication, timeliness and building a long-term relationship with the client.

I am an enthusiast of independent music and documentaries. I have a weakness for ceramics, modernist architecture and the Fast and Furious movie series.
