I graduated from the University of Wroclaw with a degree in law, and I continue my scientific activity at the Doctoral School, conducting research on the institution of trusted flaggers on the grounds of the DSA regulation. At the University of Wroclaw, I teach classes in Polish and English, including private international law. <\/p>\n\n
I am a speaker at Polish and international scientific conferences and the author and co-author of many scientific publications on intellectual property law, new technology law and civil procedure. My research activities have been recognized, among others, by being awarded a grant for a research trip to KU Leuven University and participating in the prestigious EDELNET+ program at the University of Bologna. <\/p>\n\n
I have been practicing in the field of intellectual property law for more than five years. I gained experience in reputable law firms and entities with British capital. I also graduated from the Hugo Grotius School of IP in Warsaw. <\/p>\n\n
I specialize in building effective intellectual property protection strategies tailored to the individual needs of entrepreneurs. In particular, I am passionate about the protection of trademarks and industrial designs. I have many years of experience in the procedure of filing them in the Polish, EU, UK, US and Chinese markets. IP litigation is also in my area of expertise. <\/p>\n\n
I am committed to raising awareness of intellectual property protection, so I conduct numerous workshops and trainings aimed at entrepreneurs and students.<\/p>\n\n
I love to organize trips – both near and far. In my free time I can be found walking with my dog, Sherlock, on which I often take psychological or detective literature.
