I have had the pleasure of providing tax advice to many domestic and international businesses in various industries, including gaming, IT and fintech. I have also provided tax advice to companies listed on the Stock Exchange. <\/p>\n\n
I specialize in issues related to income taxation, including international taxation, including issues related to tax credits for research and development activities (R&D, IP Box, among others). I am also involved in the development and implementation of structures related to tax planning and international taxation. I have successfully represented clients in tax and administrative court proceedings. I am also no stranger to tax scheme reporting issues. I am the author of articles and publications in the field of taxation, as well as a speaker at trainings, including on withholding tax and tax scheme reporting. <\/p>\n\n
