{"id":1530,"date":"2021-06-30T10:50:04","date_gmt":"2021-06-30T08:50:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dotlaw.co\/zespol\/damian-klimas\/"},"modified":"2025-10-23T18:58:23","modified_gmt":"2025-10-23T16:58:23","slug":"damian-klimas","status":"publish","type":"zespol","link":"https:\/\/dotlaw.co\/en\/zespol\/damian-klimas\/","title":{"rendered":"Damian Klimas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 id=\"toc-experience-0\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Experience<\/h2>\n\n<p>I chair the working subgroup of co-administrators of the contact tracing application working with the eHealth network under Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2020\/1023.<\/p>\n\n<p>At the University of Wroclaw, I teach classes in legal database maintenance, as well as personal data protection and access to public information. I was a member of the RODO implementation team at one of the largest Polish banks. I have spent hundreds of hours on RODO implementations, and have trained several hundred people in data protection.    <\/p>\n\n<p>On behalf of the contractor, I participate in the development of the mobile application STOP COVID &#8211; ProteGO Safe, which involves large-scale data processing.
