I am a legal advisor and a graduate of the University of Wroclaw, I live in Katowice on a daily basis.<\/p>\n\n
I specialize in copyright, new technology and IT law. I also have many years of experience in the day-to-day handling of business activities, with particular emphasis on the creation and negotiation of contracts, including international ones. I have also represented the interests of my clients in courts in business disputes. <\/p>\n\n
I’ve had the pleasure of advising and supporting entrepreneurs of various scales – from one-person businesses, through companies with dozens of employees, to a company that is part of an international network and a dynamically growing Polish organization starting to expand into foreign markets. I have advised entities in a variety of industries, including IT, electromobility, robotic manufacturing, marketing and advertising, construction companies and architects, pharmacies, cosmetics manufacturers.<\/p>\n\n
My motto is to speak about the law in a practical, simple and understandable way for my clients. When creating contracts and documents for them, I take care not only to safeguard their interests, but, above all, to provide them with a practical tool for running their business. The trainings I conduct for them are geared to impart practical knowledge tailored to the addressee in an accessible and understandable manner, rather than bore them with generalities and readings of laws.
