I am a lawyer. I specialize in advising on data protection law and intellectual property law.

I gained professional experience in leading Polish and foreign law firms.

I am the author of numerous legal opinions on the use of personal data in accordance with RODO. I have conducted many audits and trainings on personal data protection.

I have extensive experience in representing clients in administrative and administrative court cases in the field of personal data protection.

I have conducted in-house trainings for companies in the field of Personal Data Protection, and I have authored and co-authored numerous publications appearing in trade journals.

Due to my international legal education (I studied at Salzburg University and California State University in San Marcos), I also have experience in legal services in English.

I am also a Spanish philologist by training and a graduate of the School of New Technology Law (IT&TMT) and the School of Intellectual Property Rights run by the H. Grotius Center for Intellectual Property Rights.

After work, I snowboard, bike, and go to the New Horizons Cinema.
