In-house Lawyers and Heads of Legal Departments tired of constantly explaining the same contracts and procedures over and over.
Thursdays with legal design, plain language, and AI
Hands-on sessions in a business-breakfast format for in-house lawyers, data protection officers, and compliance specialists. Create and turn complex documents into clear tools that the business understands the first time around.

Your documents are legally sound and your processes are designed to protect the organization. Even so, employees, clients, and contractors often don't understand them or don't know how to apply them.
Documents that their readers don't understand offer no protection and don't work properly. Processes that raise questions slow the business down and pull you away from the tasks that have a real impact on the organization.
We're not giving up precision. We're changing the approach. We show you how to use technology wisely and design documents and processes with the people who use them in mind. Only then does the law start to genuinely support the business, and you stop putting out communication fires.
Who we organize these sessions for.
You design legal documents and processes within your organization every day, and you want them to work better. You can see that AI is having a strong impact on your daily work, but you're not sure how to actually use it. This program is especially for you if you are:
Compliance and Audit Teams who want internal policies to be genuinely followed, not just "signed off."
DPOs and Data Protection Specialists looking for new ways to communicate rights and obligations to members of their organization.
LegalTech & Operations Managers looking for strategic insight into how to automate legal processes wisely and safely.
4 Thursdays, 4 concrete tools for change.
No dull lectures, no theory. Every session is intensive work on living material. Real contracts and documents.
Reserve your seatInformation architecture. How the business reads documents.
We'll step into the end user's shoes. We'll analyze where an unclear layout blocks business decisions and how to rebuild the structure so the key takeaways are visible in 3 seconds.
Max 12 seats
Plain language in practice. Cutting the legal noise.
We'll take complex clauses apart in the workshop. You'll learn to write precisely yet simply, eliminating archaisms and convoluted syntax without losing legal protection.
Max 12 seats
Design thinking and service design. Designing documents and processes.
You'll learn a methodology for mapping needs. You'll find out how to gather feedback from the business, test the readability of procedures, and design entire legal journeys and processes (service design) before they enter official circulation in the company.
Max 12 seats
AI strategy and technology in legal departments.
This session is co-led with a technology expert. We won't be teaching you to write simple prompts. We'll take a broader view: where the technology is heading, how the market is actually evolving, and how to safely set up processes using AI to genuinely take the load off your team.
Max 12 seats
Practice over theory.
We focus on practice. You arrive with a real problem and leave with a solution. We work in a small group, which gives us room to discuss your actual challenges.
We will share proven methods, original checklists, and strategic insight into technology. So that the knowledge you gain is easy to apply within your organization's structures.
