Terms of service for the provision of electronic services by dotlaw sp. z o.o.
§ 1. General Provisions
These terms of service (the "Terms of Service") set out the rules for the provision of services by electronic means by dotlaw Skrzywanek Stępniowski i Wspólnicy sp. k., with its registered office in Wrocław, through the website dotlaw.co (the "Service").
§ 2. Definitions
- Service Provider: dotlaw Skrzywanek Stępniowski i Wspólnicy sp. k., NIP 897-188-44-77, KRS 0000859963.
- User: a person who uses the Service.
- Client: an entity that has entered into an agreement for the provision of legal services.
- Electronic service: access to the content of the Service, the contact form, and the magazine.
§ 3. Conditions for the Provision of Services
Use of the Service is free of charge. The Service Provider provides services 24/7, subject to brief technical interruptions. A current web browser and an internet connection are required.
§ 4. Contact Form
Submitting the form does not constitute the conclusion of a contract. We respond within 48 business hours. Urgent matters: the same day.
§ 5. Complaints and Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
Complaints should be submitted to kontakt@dotlaw.co. We will review them within 14 days. Consumers have the right to out-of-court online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
§ 6. Final Provisions
In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply. The competent court is the court having local jurisdiction over the registered office of the Service Provider. These Terms of Service may be amended. We will give notice of any amendments at least 14 days before they take effect.
