Aga Wojtczyk-Kowalska

I am a legal advisor with a passion for innovation and new technologies. I effectively combine knowledge of the law with the needs of dynamically developing industries. I specialize in providing comprehensive legal services to clients in the creative sector (especially gamedev) and e-commerce, helping them to safely run their businesses and protect their assets. I participate in the design and negotiation of commercial contracts, including distribution agreements and license agreements, as well as bylaws. I developed my competence in the area of intellectual property and new technology law while studying at the Faculty of New Technology Law at Masaryk University in Brno. I actively participate in industry conferences, thanks to which I am well aware of the challenges that entrepreneurs are currently facing.

I have extensive experience in commercial law and intellectual property law. I have conducted many legal studies of companies in the areas of corporate law and intellectual property law.

In my relationship with clients, I focus on open and clear communication, translating complex legal issues into the language of business.

Privately, I am a devoted fan of cynology and the owner of three dogs: two Australian Shepherds and a samoyed.
