I am a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and hold CIPP/E and CIPM certifications, documenting my knowledge and experience in the field of data protection.

Experience

I chair the working subgroup of co-administrators of the contact tracing application working with the eHealth network under Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2020/1023.

At the University of Wroclaw, I teach classes in legal database maintenance, as well as personal data protection and access to public information. I was a member of the RODO implementation team at one of the largest Polish banks. I have spent hundreds of hours on RODO implementations, and have trained several hundred people in data protection.

On behalf of the contractor, I participate in the development of the mobile application STOP COVID – ProteGO Safe, which involves large-scale data processing. I support the Prime Minister’s Office in the development of documents (processing impact assessment report – DPIA) and in consultations with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, as well as international bodies (eHealth Network).

As part of my practice, I serve as a personal data inspector, including at telemedicine, health and care providers.

I am particularly interested in the issue of the impact of new technologies on our privacy.
