I have several years of experience in providing legal advice to companies in the IT, new technology and health care industries. My main areas of expertise are IT law, intellectual property law, data protection and privacy, as well as regulatory advice to the healthcare sector. I am a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and hold a CIPP/E certification, which confirms my expertise in data protection.

As part of my practice related to the area of IT law, I participate in the creation of model licensing, implementation and maintenance agreements. I also provide day-to-day legal services to entities in this sector, as well as participate in the negotiation of IT contracts (both from the perspective of the contractor and the ordering party). Combining legal knowledge with an understanding of technology and software development principles, I participate in open source software compliance audits, the creation of policies for the use of open source software, and due diligence processes in M&A transactions.

As part of my data protection practice, I participate in RODO compliance audits and implementations, serve as a data protection officer, and advise the firm’s clients on ongoing issues. Prior to founding dotlaw, I was also one of the members of the team developing the Code of Conduct on Personal Data Processing for the healthcare sector….

As part of my practice in the healthcare sector, I advise businesses on day-to-day issues concerning the operation of healthcare entities, with a particular focus on telemedicine entities.

I am one of the initiators and promoters of the Legal Design movement in Poland, whose goal is to create legal content that is understandable and meets the expectations of law users. Therefore, in my work I focus on transparency and clarity of communication and a deep understanding of the needs of our clients.
